Place saucepan on stove top and bring the water to a boil on high heat.Once the water comes to a boil, add the fettuccine pasta and cook for 2 minutes.

Drain the water, making sure to save and set aside about a ½ cup of the cooked pasta water.to thin out the alfredo sauce.

In a large, deep skillet melt butter on low heat.Once the butter has melted,Add the whipping cream. Mix well with a wired whisk. Bring the cream to a gentle boil on low heat until the cream thickens a bit.

Add grated vegetarian cheese and black pepper and salt to the cream and mix well.

Add the cooked and drained pasta to the prepared alfredo sauce in the pan.mix the pasta and sauce together with tongs until pasta is coated in the creamy Alfredo.

If The sauce becomes too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water, and stir to combine.Mix again, and turn off the heat.some coriander leaves and black pepper powder on top and serve hot.
