  • 1/4 tspcinnamon powder
  • 1 tspsugar powder (optional)
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 120 mlmilk
  • 1 tbspmulberry crush/jam

    Put grated apple, curd cinnamon powder and sugar powder in a bowl.

    Add oat. Mix. Add curd and milk, mix well.

    Cut banana into slices. Put in the bowl.

    Take out next morning, top with mulberry crush.
