Veg Mayonnaise Open Sandwich

Assemble ingredients, hung Chena for 3-4 hours.

In a mixing bowl add crumbled Chena / Paneer, add Veg Mayonnaise + onion + Oregano + Chilli flakes + green chilli + salt and mix gently.
Toast any one side of each bread slice. - 3
Take bread slices and spread a generous amount of the mixture on the toasted side of each bread slice. Then add Cheese and garnish with Tomato cubes.

Take a tawa / Pan, place on low heat, grease with butter, place the bread slice, put little butter on sides for better toasting, cover and toast / cook for around 2 - 3 minutes under low flame till base turns brown and crisp. Cheese melts.

Open Sandwich is done.
