Ingredients

30 minutes
6-7 people
  • 500 gmraw Banana
  • 3 tbspGram flour
  • 3-4Onion
  • 1 inchGinger
  • leavesCoriander
  • 3Tomato
  • 2-3chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoongaram masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly boil the banana and peel it.

    Then grate the banana and mix chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger,green chilli, salt to taste and 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder. And add gram flour too.

    Mix it well and make a balls from them.

    Then take a wok heat the oil and fry the balls.

    Then grind and make a paste of onion,ginger,garlic and tomato.

    Then take a wok add 2-3 tbsp oil add the paste then add salt,Turmeric powder,Red chilli powder, and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala saute it till it leaves oil.

    Then add water in at and boil it for 5 minutes. Add kofte in it and cover it for five minutes. Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve it with chapati. Ready to eat
