First grind the biscuits and add melted butter.Mix them.Lightly grease the base and sides of an 8" springform pan.Press this mixture evenly in the prepared pan.

Keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour to set.

Mix cream cheese (room temperature), Greek yogurt, full cream and sugar.Mix well using a hand blender to achieve desired consistency. Add saffron and cardamom powder. Dilute gelatin in warm water.Now add gelatin. (Mix 1-2 sachet gelatin depending on size of cake and add it to the cream).

Place the gulab jamun cut in halves over the base and spread the cream mixture over the gulab jamun.

Refrigerate for 6 hours and for best results refrigerate for 12 -15 hours or overnight.

Decorate with pistachios,gulab jamun, whipped cream, saffron and rose petals.You can be creative with the garnishing.
You can customize this by replacing gulab jamun with gajar ka halwa.
