The yummiest starter for appetite, it's crispy delicious and specially made by my favourite fish. This dish is loved by kids and everybody.
So do try it.
Steps

Wash and clean king fish and steam it for 20 minutes on medium flame.
In abowl add steamed fish(deboned) and boiled and smashed potatoes. - 2
Add chopped spring onion, bread crumbs, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste.

Add all spices, salt and chopped coriander leaves.

Squeeze some lemon juice, and combine the mixture well.
Start making kabab out of it. - 5
Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
Dip kabab into egg mixture then dip it into bread crumbs.
Keep this kabab in refrigerator for 1/2 an hour to settle and set. - 6
Now shallow fry these kabab from all sides till crisp.

And serve it hot along with coconut chutney or mint chutney.
