I received a lot of tangerines. So I came up with this dessert, which is refreshing and appetizing when it is hot outside.

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 3Tangerines
  2. 200 mlUnflavored soda (I used Mitsuya Cider)
  3. 5 gramsGelatin
  4. 50 mlHot water

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel 1 tangerine and remove all the inner membranes. Finely chop the tangerine pulp.

    Cut the other 2 tangerines into half crosswise, then squeeze the juice.

    Combine Step 1 and Step 2 in a bowl, and add soda.

    Dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Add to Step 3 and mix.

    Cover the bowl with cling film and chill in the fridge to set. The gelatin mixture will become firm after 1.5 hours ~ 2 hours.

    When the jelly has set, stir it up with a whisk to crush it.

    Transfer to glasses and they're done!
