Road side Kalan with cabbage
Steps

Collect fresh cabbage and mushroom,clean with water,cut into small pieces.

Take a small bowl,add little maida, corn flour and little water mix like thin paste,keep aside.

In another big bowl add maida,corn flour,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, amchoor powder, ginger garlic paste and salt mix well.Then add cabbage and mushroom pieces sprinkle little water mix well like pakoda mix.

Keep a kadai on medium flame, add oil, let it heat, take a spoon of cabbage and mushroom mix,drop into hot oil like pakodas. Let it cook crispy. Remove and keep aside.

Keep another kadai, keep it on stove,add oil,let it heat,then add chopped onions and green chillies, saute for few minutes till raw smell goes out.

Then add tomato sauce, red chilli sauce and salt, mix well add maida and corn flour mixed batter, mix it well for five minutes in low flame.

Masala,flour mix becomes thick add the fried pakodas mix well till masala incorporates well with pakodas.

Add finely chopped coriander leaves, mix well and remove from flame. Transfer to a plate. Road side Kalan is ready.

Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves. Very tasty road side Kalan with cabbage is ready to serve.Enjoy.
