1chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
1-2eggs
1 cupmatzah meal (or corn flake crumbs)
1/4 tsp.paprika
1/4 tsp.pepper
8 tbsp.lemon juice
1 tsp.curry powder
2/3 cupsugar
1/2 tsp.salt

Dip chicken in egg and matzah meal

Put in big pyrex, foil lined, single layer, skin down

Bake 30 minutes at 400ºF

Pour out fat, turn chicken skin-up, and pour in 1/2 sauce

Bake 30 minutes at 400ºF, basting occasionally. Pour sauce near end
