Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped bhindi, onion and fry them. In a bowl, take curd, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well

Remove aside the fried bhindi, add chopped chillies, curd paste and ginger garlic paste. Add the fried bhindi.

Mix and cook well.
