Ingredients

40 minutes
3 servings
  • 3nos of boiled potatoes
  • 1small bowl of boiled green peas
  • 2 tsp paste of mint leaves, green chilli and coriander
  • 1 /2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 /2 tsp aamchur powder
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander and mint leaves
  • 1 small bowl of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 /4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 glass water
  • 3 tspcorn flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tspmint coriander chutney
  • 2 tsp mithi chutney
  • 2 tspchopped onion
  • 3 tspnylon sev

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix boiled potatoes and green peas and all the spices and make stuffing.

    Take all-purpose flour salt, cumin seeds and black pepper powder and oil and with the help of water make a dough.

    Make a big roti from it. Apply potato mixture on it. Apply water on the corner and roll it. Cut into small pieces.

    Make corn flour slurry and deep the roll in it and fry on medium flame.

    Place the samosa roll on a plate and top with mint coriander chutney, mithi chutney onion,sev and coriander and serve hot.
