Combine all the ingredients in a big mixer jar & blend to a fine paste with 1/ 2 cup water.

Take the thick paste in a big bowl, add 3 glasses of water. Mix. Adjust the spice as required.

Refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours. Do not strain. Use as required.

Serving options : Pani - Puri are called Water Balls in the English language. You can serve this Mint Pani with hot ragda & sweet dates & tamarind chutney & sprinkle chat masala on top.
Or add boiled moong & potato mixture in a Puri with sweet chutney & spicy Pani on top & gulp it down. Both ways,I am sure you will relish it.😋😋
