  • 1 cupovernight soaked green gram
  • 1 inchpiece of ginger
  • 1green chilli
  • 4-5,cloves of garlice
  • 1 tbsprice flour
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 tspsalt

    Blend the green gram, ginger, garlic, chilli, and water

    Add rice flour and mix well, to form a batter.

    Grease the waffle maker and pour enough batter and cook till crisp. Add cheese and sauce and serve hot
