Ingredients

  • 200 gmgumberri
  • 100 gmChickpea flour
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Half bowl buttermilk
  • Half teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • Half teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt par taste

Steps

    Take the green chillies and wash them, clean them, chop the green chillies, remove the seeds and add them to the buttermilk, then chop the green chillies and add them. Now let the green chillies and chillies stay in the buttermilk for a while so that the oiliness of the green chillies reduces, now put oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and asafoetida, add the green chillies and chillies, now add turmeric powder and salt and stir.

    Add the buttermilk in which you kept the green chillies and chillies, add turmeric salt and fry it and add that buttermilk. Now take the gram flour in a dish, add oil to it and mix it and add that gram flour to the green chillies and chillies mixture. Now steam this mixture for 2/3 minutes and after it is cooked, add lemon juice and sugar to it, stir well and mix everything and serve hot.
