To make the masala apaay, take regular dosa kheer and add salt and asafoetida to it and keep it in a saide. To make the masala, take boiled potatoes and mash it and add turmeric, salt, chaat masala, masala e magic, sabhaar masala, lemon juice and a little sugar to it and mix the masala and make small tikkis of the masala.

Put some oil in the batter and add mustard, lemon and cumin seeds and fry it appam better. This will make it even tastier appam

Now add the other ingredients to the dosa kheer and put it in a pan and put the dosa kheer and put the potato tikkis that you have made and put the kheer again and cover it and sprinkle some red chili or chili powder and let it rise and put some oil on it and turn it over and serve it hot with sabha. A tasty and healthy dish.
