  • 55 grømme
  • 1-3ss kokevann til blomkål

    Kutt blomkål i kvarter deler

  2. 2

    Legg blomkål og hvitløk i en potte med vann og sett til kok 10 min

  3. 3

    Sett til side kokevann

  4. 4

    Bruk blender eller stav mikser for blomkål og resten av ingrediensene.

  5. 5

    Start uten vann og legg til for å få ønsker konsistent.

  6. 6

    Smak til med salt og pepper
