Veggie Lo Mein Stir Fry

Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add broccoli, snap peas, bell peppers, and yellow onion. Stir-fry until just tender.

Add hoisin sauce, Sriracha, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger powder, onion powder, onion salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Stir corn starch into water, then add to the pan. Toss to coat and thicken the sauce.

Add cooked noodles and sesame oil. Stir-fry to combine.

Add green onion and toasted sesame seeds just before serving.
Tips
Starting with fresh garlic enhances the flavor, and adding green onion at the end keeps it fresh and crunchy.
