Ingredients

  1. 2 large, cut into small piecesPotatoes
  2. 1, choppedYellow onion
  3. 1, choppedBell pepper
  4. 12, slicedVegan sausages
  5. Hungarian paprika powder
  6. Cumin
  7. 4Vegetable stock cubes
  8. 2 slicesBread
  9. enough to just cover ingredientsWater
  10. 2 tbspOil

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pot. Fry chopped onion, vegan sausages, and bell pepper until lightly browned.

  2. 2

    Remove pot from heat for 1 minute. Add potatoes.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle Hungarian paprika powder and stir well to coat all ingredients.

  4. 4

    Add water until ingredients are just submerged. Bring to a boil.

  5. 5

    Simmer for 25 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add vegetable stock cubes and cumin. Adjust paprika if needed.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with bread.

Tips

For best flavor, use high-quality Hungarian paprika and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
