An easy and healthy roll recipe which is ideal for kids snack or lunch box. The chapati pinwheel roll can be easily prepared with any leftover chapatis / rotis and certainly is loved by kids and adults.

1 tspgreen chilli paste
1/2 tsporegano
1/2 tspchilli flakes
1 tspsalt (adjust as per taste)
1onion thinly sliced
50 gmsgrated cheese
6-8 tspgreen chutney
4leftover rotis

Boil and smash the potatoes. Add green chilli paste, oregano, chilli flakes and salt and give a good mix.

Take a leftover roti and cut it in half. Apply green chutney (u can use ready made which is available in the market or make it at home... Grind coriander, green chillies, pudina, black salt together adding water as required for the consistency). Add thinly sliced onions to it.

Add the potato mixture and cheese on this roti and roll it. Take frying pan, add butter to it and fry the roti roll till golden in colour and crispy in texture.

Once done, cut into pieces and serve with green chutney, peri peri ketchup or Schezwan ketchup as wanted.
