Ingredients

  • 1 c.shortening
  • 1 c.br. sugar
  • 1 c.sugar
  • 1 c.peanut butter
  • 2 tspsoda in 4 tbsp hot water soda in hot water
  • 1/2 tsp(estimated) vanilla
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2eggs
  • 3 c.flour
  • 2 c.oatmeal

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream shortening, sugars, peanut butter, soda in H2O together, add eggs + cream, then add salt, flour + oatmeal.

  2. 2

    Drop by teaspoonful + press a fork.

  3. 3

    Bake 350° for 9 to 10 min.

Tips

Note: may add 6 oz choc chips if desired
