Ingredients: 100 ml Mayo - I used Hellmann's today but normally I use my own (see Recipe); 4-6 Cornichons - fine chopped; 2 Tsp Capers - Finely Chopped; 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard; 1/2 Bunch Finely Chopped Dill (about 1 Tbsp); 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon or Lime juice

Ingredients

3 mins prep

6-8 servings

100 mlMayo - I used hellmans today but normally I use my own (see Recipe)
4-6Cornichons - fine chopped
2 TspCapers - Finely Chopped
1/2 TspDijon Mustard
1/2 BunchFinely Chopped Dill (about 1 Tbsp)
1/2 TbspFreash Lemon or Lime juice

Chop Capers, Cornichons and Dill and put into Screw Top Jar

Add Everything else and shake to combine. Put into Fridge until ready to use - upto 2 weeks.

Amazing Freash and 1000% better than Store Bought - ENJOY :P
