I love all types of bread and everything from Soda, Sourdough, Instant Yeast have been made by me monthly (see recipes) but I just started using freash Bakers Yeast - really easy to buy on the www and I must admit SUPER Easy and SUPER delicous. I bought 500 Gr then potioned it up into 20Gr Little bags and froze it. I will keep for 6 months so no chance of that happening lol. And My kitchen smells like a perfect French Boulangerie - YUMMY. Try and you will be won over. ENJOY :P
