1/2 glass gungune pani mai 2 tsp yeast or 2 tsp sugar add kare or cover karke side mai rakkhe. Ab dry ingredients ko mix kare or yeast wala pani dale. Ab 1 tbsp oil dale or mix kare. Ab milk dale or mix kare. Ab jarurat ho to pani bhi dale. Ab oil lagakar khoob beat kare. Soft or loos dough banana hai. Dough ko khoob patak patak ke smooth kare or ek bade airtight container mai garam jagha rakkhe.

After one hour dough double se bhi jayada ho jayega. Ab use punch kare or dubara rakh de. After 30 minutes dough ready hai......cchoti cchoti loi babaye or patla bel kar try per rakkhe or oven ko pre heat kare or 180° per 5 minute bake kare.....naan taiyar hai
