Tried to prepare nachos with salsa and finally got this awesome dish prepared. I really enjoyed the cheesy one!! #CA26

Take makke ka atta in a bowl. Add all purpose flour for binding. Add turmeric powder, salt and ajwain.

Add cooking oil and prepare tight dough using warm water.

Cut the dough in small pieces and make balls. Using rolling pins, make it thin and circular shaped. Pierce the rotis with a fork.

Place roti on tawa on low to medium flame for 10 seconds. Turn upside down and cook again for 10 seconds. Place all the rotis stacked on top of each other. Cut these in same sized nachos.

Take oil in a kadhai for deep frying of nachos on medium flame for 4-5 mins. Take out the fried nachos in a bowl.

Take butter in a pan on low to medium flame. Add all purpose flour and saute it. Add milk while saute the mixture to avoid lumps.

Add cheese cube, fresh cream, salt and red chilli powder. Mix all these well till the sauce becomes creamy.

Turn off the flame and take it down. To make salsa, add tomato, green chilli, onion, coriander and lemon juice in a bowl.

Add black pepper, salt and mix well all the ingredients in the bowl. In a serving plate, spread the nachos. Load it with salsa and cheesy sauce. Topping with grated cheese and pomegranate seeds. Your nachos is ready to serve!
Tips
Dough of nachos should neither be too tight nor too soft.
