Crying Tiger Sandwich

This sandwich uses my recipe for the crying Tiger porkchop, and combines it with a nutty rice paste, fresh coriander and pickled carrots - loosely inspired from a banh mi.

Steps
- 1
Marinate the pork chop and pan fry until cooked and browned on both sides. Let it rest and set aside.
- 2
Dry toast the rice until lightly browned.
- 3
Crush the rice into a rough powder using a mortar and pestle.
- 4
Add the rice sauce ingredients to deglaze the pan and transfer to a bowl.
- 5
Chop the porkchop into bite-sized pieces, spread the rice paste onto the bread, and assemble the sandwich. Enjoy!
