2Mudium size raw potato s
1 Cupsamak rice
Jarurat according water
1 Tsp senda namak
1/4 Tsp black pepper powder
And use it masala potato baji for inside filled stuffing

Take a mixer jar and add into samak rice or cutting small pieces of potatoes and add some water and bland it

Ready for semi pouring dosa batter,rest for 10 minutes

Then add the dosa batter into hot tawa with apply some oil or ghee any choice of vart according now cook it properly

Next fill the potatoes filling in dosa inside fold the dosa and serve it to all and you eat well, masala potatoes cooking prosess are boiled potatoes and some add all basic spices or cook well with apply some oil.
