Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 pieces(about 150g each) Salmon steak
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspCooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pat the salmon steaks dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Place the salmon steaks in the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Remove from the pan and serve hot.

Tips

For extra flavor, consider marinating the salmon in lemon juice or herbs before frying.
