Ingredients

  • 4hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoonmustard
  • salt, freshly ground pepper

Steps

11 Minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the eggs and cut them lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.

    Mash the yolks with a fork and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

    Use a spoon to fill the empty egg whites. If you want them to look nicer, put the filling in a piping bag and fill them that way.
