Cover and heat candy coating in heavy 10 inch skillet over low heat about 5 minutes or until soft; remove from heat.

Stir until smooth and creamy.

Stir in cereal until thoroughly coated.

Stir in peanuts and marshmallows.

Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper or spread mixture evenly on waxed paper.

Let stand 1 to 2 hours or until completely set.

*Microwave directions - Place candy coating in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave uncovered on high 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes or until soft. Continue as directed.*
