I came up with this idea as I was deciding if to devour a bag of croutons out of hunger lol. It's super healthy but extremely tasty, give it a try :chef

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupFrozen Blueberries
  2. 1/3 cupFrozen Mangoes Chunks
  3. 1/4 cupPineapples chunks in juice
  4. 4Fresh Strawberries
  5. 1 1/3 cupAny Milk of your choice
  6. 3 tbspVanilla Lowfat Yogurt
  7. 2 tbspRaw Sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Add in all of your fruit ingredients.

    Add sugar and yogurt after.

  3. 3

    Pour in 1 cup of your milk and begin to pulse the mix in your blender.

  4. 4

    Add the last 1/3 cup of milk if you think your smoothie is too thick, it depends on your preference.

    Once you have your desired consistency it is ready to serve

I made this yesterday for the beginning of my soup and smoothie diet and it turned out great, I added strawberry whey protein to suppress appetite :excited
