  • 250 gramscavatelli
  • 350 mltomato puree
  • 30 gramsfresh basil
  • 3 tbspginger root
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 cupparmesan

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water and add the cavatelli for 15 min.

  2. 2

    Put the tomato puree and ginger root in hot pan.

  3. 3

    In 5 min add the basil , pinch of salt and boil for 5 more min.

  4. 4

    Add the cavatelli for 2 min with the sauce and then put the cavatelli in plates.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with parmesan and serve .
