Ingredients

20 mins

1 cupfinely chopped pecans (measure after chopping them)
1 cupfinely shredded cheese ( really pack it in the cup when measuring)
8 ozpackage of cream cheese softened
1/2 cupfinely chopped green onions
1 smalljar jalapeño jelly

combine all ingredients except the jalapeño jelly, pack them real good into a round ball, a hockey puck, or a football, chill the cheese ball gor at least 2hrs or overnight is even better,

when ready to serve, set ball on a nice serving plate, heat jelly in microwave, take and pour about 1/2 cup over the top of cheese ball, accompanied with crackers

We do a lot of fundraising for the veterans homes in our area and other programs while we ride our bikes, thats part of what our group is all about, I have a couple auto immune diseases that can slow me down quite a bit, I have Lupus and Sclerderma to name some of what I suffer, but I keep going and will not stop I know I just have to, I have been married for 37 wonderful years to a great man, have 2 great boys and adore all my grandkids
