  1. 2 lbregular ground beef
  2. 1egg
  3. 1/2 cupchopped parsley
  4. 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  5. 1 tbspblack pepper
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 cupketchup

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 375.

  3. 3

    Roll the mixture into nice size balls.(around 24-30)

  4. 4

    Place on a foil lined baking sheet and cook for 13 minutes.

  5. 5

    Then flip them and cook for another 11 minutes.

Amazing! I used 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning instead of parsley and I added caramelized onions and peppers in the sauce. Everyone loved the meatballs though!
