  • 1Tomatoes
  • 1Lettuce
  • 1Queso Fresco
  • 1Avocado
  • 1Beans
  • Optional
  • 1Sour cream
  • 1Salsa

  1. 1

    Make or buy some beans. If making your own as pictured: remove rocks. Wash. Soak overnight (optional). Boil until soft. Add garlic, cilantro, etc. Mash when done.

    Chop some tomatoes and lettuce.

    Get some tostadas and put the beans on it. Put lettuce and regular chopped tomatoes on it. Put slices of avocado on top with sour cream and sprinkle some queso fresco as desired. Add salsa. Enjoy!
