Steps

Soak kurdai in warm water (Not boiling).

Heat oil. Add curry leaves, crushed garlic cloves, green chilli, onion and tomato and saute it.

Add turmeric and red chilli powder. Mix it. Add soaked kurdai and mix it. Sprinkle little water and let it cook for 4-5 mins.

Eat it like sabji with chapati.
