Ingredients

  • 50 gSpinach
  • Cooked Bacon
  • 1 Tbutter
  • 1 TMCT or Coconut Oil
  • DashPink Salt
  • DashChili Flakes
  • Any left over meat (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the spinach. Lightly steam in the Microwave a few seconds.

  2. 2

    Add your protein. Add the butter while it's still hot.

  3. 3

    Add your oil, salt and chili. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Enjoy.
