Looking for a recipe to ship, I favorited several fudge recipes. All looked fantastic. Then forgetting some ingredients needed, I made this fudge with what I had. Not to take away from the great fudge recipes, I want to thank, kookinkaylaluvsdylan. angela.watson and livetoride for their inspiration to make this combo. It is their great recipes with a few different ingredients. Now also don't question me that this is healthy fudge! Semi Healthy, haha.

Ingredients

  1. fudge
  2. 1fat free sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounce can
  3. 3 cupdark chocolate chips, 15 ounces
  4. 1 1/2 tsppure vanilla extract
  5. 1/3 cupcraisins dried cherries
  6. 1/4 cupnatural granola, your favorite blend
  7. set up
  8. 1parchment paper
  9. 1baking dish 8x8 size

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the 8x8 pan by lining it with parchment paper leaving it to overlap the sides on baking dish.

    In a non stick sauce pan heat the condensed milk on a medium heat.

  3. 3

    Add in chips and mix until almost completely melted.

  4. 4

    Add in dried cherries and vanilla.

  5. 5

    Once chocolate is melted, pour into baking dish. Spread fudge to fill all the sides and make the top even.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle on granola and press into fudge.

    Chill for at least two hours to set.

    Cut into small sizes. Enjoy!

    This does not need to be refrigerated to store once it is set.
