. Take a wok, heat it and put water in it

Add and other dough ingredients in it and stir it semolina continuously.....switch off the gas went it is thick in consistancy

Take a bowl and put mashed potatoes and Add all the stuffing ingredients in it and mix well

Now take 2 drops of oil and spread it on your hands

Take a the dough like roti ball size and press it like tikki with hand
- 6
Take some mixture and stuff it in the dough.....just close it and give it tikki shape

. Now heat oil in karahi and deep fry all the tikkies from both the sides on medium flame...soak extra oil on paper towel and serve with any chutney or aaloo sabji or ketchup of your choice... It's taste awesome with imli chutney

NOTE: 1. dough should b ltl warm or hot at the time of stuffing so dat the tikki would not breaked 2. Put only 1 or 2 tikkies at the same time in oil for frying
