Tel garam karein aur usme rai, kadipatta, lasun aur hing ka chhauk de.

Jab kadipatta achhese fry ho jaye usme lal mirch, turmeric dale aur shilma mirch dalke hila le.

Jab shimla mirch soft hojaye tab usme salt, besan dale aur ek bar mix karle. Jab mix ho jaye tab upar se lagbhag 2-3 tbsp pani dale aur mix karke steam pe pakne de. Jaise sab mil aaye tab roti ke sath serve karein.
