Ingredients

  • 200 gmsMaida-
  • 100 gms Chilled butter -
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Chilled water
  • For stuffing
  • Boiled patotoes
  • Carrot chopped
  • Beans chopped
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg pow grated cheese
  • Bread crumbs
  • Namkeen kaju

Steps

    Take a bowl add maida and chilled butter and mix it well with your fingers

  2. 2

    Add salt pepper and add chilled water and make a soft dough
    Keep it in the freezer for 15 min

  3. 3

    For stuffing
    In a bowl add boiled potatoes and mashed it add carrot beans salt pepper nutmeg pow and mix it well add grated cheese and mix it well

  4. 4

    Now roll the dough with the help of rolling pin to rectangle shape

  5. 5

    Sheet should be thick add potato mixture in the middle of sheet leaving more space at one end for crocodile face use a knife

  6. 6

    Cut the Now shape the crocodile head fold into triangle

  7. 7

    Cut the excess dough press down to flatten and let the filling come out so that it fills the head fold over to cover

  8. 8

    The filling and form a triangle cut off the tip of the head and shape into square

  9. 9

    Then roll the piece of dough into two small balls for the eyes
    For tail

  10. 10

    Cut the dough into round and make a tail cut out four squares for the remaining dough

  11. 11

    Cut first into trapezoids and cut off small triangle to resemble the crocodile claws make four feet

  12. 12

    Now transfer the crocodile loaf into baking tray arranged the feet and brush the pastry with the beaten egg

  13. 13

    Snip the dough with the tips of a pair of scissor to create a crocodile skin efforts
    Bake crocodile for about 45 min at 200 c
