Take room temp. Butter in one deep bowl and whisk it. Once it become soft and firm add maida and coco powder and just fold and knead it. Add baking powder and soda with pinch of salt and vanilla essence and mix it.

If dough looks dry add little milk and make small balls of it. And cover them with damp cloth.

Now preheat oven on 180 c.
