Knead a tough with leftover ghiya ki sabzi, all the flours and spices

Add only 1 tbsp oil while kneading the dough

Now heat a tawa

Roll the parathas from the dough and cook them on hot tawa from both the sides by applying oil.

Once all the parathas are cooked from both the sides serve them with green chutney and whisked salty curd
