Ingredients

  1. 1 kilogramstomatoes
  2. 1carrot
  3. 1/2 inchginger
  4. 4garlic cloves
  5. 1onion
  6. to tasteWhite salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoonBlack salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoonRoasted cumin seeds powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  10. 2 teaspoonSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil all the vegetables together adding 1 glass of water

  2. 2

    Grind well to make puree

  3. 3

    Sieve it

  4. 4

    Add all the spices

  5. 5

    Add sugar

  6. 6

    Cook again for 3..4 minutes more

  7. 7

    Turn the flame off

  8. 8

    Garnish with butter or cream

  9. 9

    Serve hot
