Soak white matar for whole night.

Boil in pressure cooker with some salt.

To make jaljeera paani,mix all ingredients like kala namak bhuna jeera, salt,chat masala, lamon juice, paste of corriender leaf and green chilli with 3 glass of water.

If you want more spicy then you can mix all ingredients according to your taste, with some red chilli also.

To make meetha paani, add imli ki chatny in half of jaljeera paani.

Kneed a dough of rava and left it for 1 hour by covering with a wet cloth.

After one hour kneed the dough again with wet hand, because rava absorbed the water.

Make some balls of the dough.

Take a ball, make a very thin roti like shape.

With the help of biscuit cutter or a small glass with sharp edge

,. Cut the round shape of bataashe.

Spread all bataashe in a plate and cover with lightly wet cloth.

Make all bataashe with the same process.

Mean while frying could be done.

Put 5 or 6 bataashe one by one in hot oil, slightly push them with kalchi.

Firstly, the flame should be medium high but after that frying should be done on low flame.

Until they be became golden brown or crispy.

Bataashe are ready to eat.
