Ingredients

1 cupSugar
2 cupAll purpose wheat flour
2Mashed bananas
2 tbspCinnamon
1 tspSalt
2 tspVanilla extract
1 tbspBaking soda
3 1/4 cupMilk

Steps

Mix together until batter resembles that of a white cake with bits of banana in it.

Bake at 400 for 3 min, reduce to 350 and bale for 10-15 more min.

Optional but delicious- after the first three minutes, mix together 1 tablespoon water and 2 tablespoons sugar. Once dissolved spread over half baked bread.
