Ingredients

  1. 3sheets heavy duty foil
  2. 2 packagesonion soup powder
  3. 12baby red potatoes thinly sliced
  4. 12pieces bacon
  5. 1 cupshredded cheese
  6. 1Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 3 tbspbutter
  8. 1Sour cream for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Lay out 3 sheets of foil. Spray each with cooking spray. Top each with equal portions potatoes, bacon, soup mix, and butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Wrap securely.

  2. 2

    Bake in oven at 350 for 35 mins. Let stand 10 mins. Serve, topped with sour cream.
