Ingredients

  • 2 lbpork roast
  • 27 ozsauerkraut, slightly drained
  • 1 1/4 ozdry onion soup mix
  • 2 cupwater
  • 1/2 cuplight brown sugar, packed
  • 1sliced apple
  • 1/2 cupcoarsely cut onion

    Place pork in crock pot

  2. 2

    Pour sauerkraut and sliced apples over pork

  3. 3

    Sprinkle onion soup mix, chopped onions, and brown sugar over pork and sauerkraut

  4. 4

    Pour the water over everything

    Cook on low for 8-12 hours depending on how tender you prefer the meat
