1/4 cupbutter
1/2 cupbrown sugar

Melt butter in a small skillet

Slice jalapeños add to skillet and brown

Add brown sugar and cook until sugar and peppers are well mixed

Thin slice then add apples and cook until apples are soft and tender. Serve hot or cold
