  • 1 packages16 oz. hash browns or diced potatoes, frozen
  • 1 mediumonion, finely chopped
  • 1 lbShredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lbSour cream
  • 1 canCream of celery soup
  • 1 stickButter
  • 2 cupCorn flakes

  1. 1

    Reserve 2 tbsp. of butter and corn flakes for the end. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Place in 13x9 oven safe pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes it until center is hot. Top with corn flakes and drizzle butter over potatoes. Turn oven to broil and leave in for 3 to 5 minutes or until brown.
