1 lbground beef
1 cupCelery diced
1/2 cuponion
1 cupoatmeal/breadcrumbs
2eggs
2 cuppepper jack cheese
1/4 cupketchup

preheat Oven 400

mix meat, celery,onion, oatmeal/bread crumbs and eggs together. press half of mixture in prepared loaf pan

place cheese over mixture. top with remaining meat mixture and presale down to seal. spread ketchup over top.

bake covered lightly with foil for 30 minutes

increase temp to 425 remove cover bake for 20 minutes
